Maximizing Profits with FxMath Gold AI Elite: A 20-Day Performance Review
Since July 16, I’ve been running FxMath Gold AI Elite in two different modes: Aggressive and Safe. Here are the results over the past 20 days:
Aggressive Mode
- Net profit: 3920 pips
- Number of trades: 86
- Win rate: 76%
- Profit this month: 1433 pips
Safe Mode
- Net profit: 2436 pips
- Number of trades: 40
- Win rate: 82%
- Profit this month: 647 pips
Fixed Lot Size Strategy
I run FxMath Gold AI Elite in both modes with a fixed lot size. For example, if you run 0.01 lots per $1000:
- Aggressive Mode: You can expect around 39% profit.
- Safe Mode: You can expect around 24% profit.
The profit in Aggressive mode is approximately 1.67 times that of Safe mode. In the worst-case scenario, if we consider a 1% floating drawdown (DD) for each 1% profit, it means:
- Aggressive Mode: 39% profit with 39% DD.
- Safe Mode: 24% profit with 24% DD (though in reality, the DD is usually lower).
For a $500 account, you can run Safe mode with 0.01 lots and expect around 50% monthly profit, with an expected DD of 40%. This level of drawdown is acceptable given the profit potential and account size.
Personal Insights
In my accounts and those I manage, I aim for a maximum 20% drawdown (DD) while targeting a 20-30% monthly profit. This translates to using 0.01 lots per $2000 in Aggressive mode or 0.01 lots per $1000 in Safe mode. The profit factor in Safe mode is 1.5 to 2 times higher than in Aggressive mode. On average, each trade in Safe mode yields 60 pips profit, while in Aggressive mode, it yields 45 pips profit.
Conclusion
Automating your trading strategy and backtesting it with historical data can significantly enhance your trading performance. However, even the best backtests don’t guarantee future profits. It’s crucial to manage risk and set realistic expectations to succeed in the volatile trading market.
